We are the first company in the North West supplying Creative Professionals to theatre, events, conferences and community projects.

Our mission is to create an effective network in the North West and build an network of professionals working in the Creative Industries living in the North West, enabling us to provide people who have a proven track record of professional work in the arts to other network members; giving organisations throughout the North West the benefit of a reliable service that we can be proud of and giving your event the professionalism it requires to be a success.

Since opening our business May 2010 we have made some changes and additions to our site, please take a few minutes to have a look around, comment if you so wish, we are open to new ideas.

Search and find people service:

We will with the aid of our member contacts endevour to find employees to service your project, programme of events or one off event.

Search and find props:

With the help of our friendly props stores in the North West we will serach and find the props you require for your production.

We are always looking for we seasoned trained stage managers who may want a different route to employment.

If that's you then...Go to our joining page and read through the information there, you could be the next one to be placed with many North West employers.

Presently, we are accepting cv's from the world of Stage management.

And a bit from Sharon....

I have spent many years working behind the scenes on some very exciting shows, but secretly, wanted to have my own project(s) doing something for the Arts community... And here at last it is!

I am hoping that we can make a difference to the way we work and help others to find it.

I am sure that there are many people out their who feel the same as I do, that because of the way we work, we sometimes loose track of what else is going on around us! This way we can try to keep our community alive and kicking in the north west.

I hope this project will put many professionals in touch with one another and take the need out of scrolling through endless job boards containing mostly London based jobs!

I am really looking forward to seeing how it works out!

SERVICES

Services We are here to help you with finding the right kind of person for your project.

If you are looking for professionals for your show, performance or event, we have perhaps the right people for you to try out.

We will listen to what you want from an employee and guide you to finding the right person to interview or we can do that for you too.

Reasonable rates and fees apply.

example :

You need someone to cue your show or to manage a parade or to make a display or a costume for a show or catwalk.

We contact the members and after an initial availability check then we can put forward CV's to you.

You choose from the availability list and hey presto you can them employ the member.

We take a service fee from you and job done.

You can then come back to us anytime you like.

1.SUBMIT:

Send us an Email and attach your C.V.

By sending in your CV you are agreeing to the terms and conditions please make sure you mention in your mail to us you have read them!

2.INTERVIEW:

We will contact you with regard to an interview if you are not known to us either by phone or face to face.

3.ENGAGEMENT:

No work, no fee. We only charge you for the jobs we directly link you with.

Charges are made on a small commission basis. See commission charges.

Further engagements with that link will also be charged at the same commissions.

Once you are commited to the work: you are responsible for carrying it out.

If you however can not carry this out then commission payments will still be payable.

4.PAYMENT:

All commission must be paid within 30 days of completed contract.

All commission must be paid through paypal or Bank details can be sent to you.

5.NETWORKING:

We would be happy for you to link us with other professionals.

1.NETWORKING:

We will use our strong ties with members in the industry and contact them looking for work on behalf of all users.

We will also send you updates from time to time to let you know whats going on.

2.ENGAGEMENT:

Then using your current CV we will contact those most suitable for the role

Once an engagement is confirmed we will send you a confirmation email stating clearly date, pay, venue and job role.

3. INVOICE:

We will send you an invoice with the commission charges.

On completion of enagagement we shall contact the member for feedback.

4.CONFIDENTIALITY:

We are committed to keeping all your information confidential and it will only be shared with companies and individuals who are members with this site.

A bit about WILD RUMPUS:

Wild Rumpus CIC is a social enterprise established to encourage increased, meaningful family engagement in the highest quality arts as a route to individual creativity and family cohesion.

The events that they organise take families out of their day to day lives into magical and enchanting places which can inspire, create memories and have a lasting impact.

Wild Rumpus produce the award-winning Just So Festival, a boutique, weekend-long festival of creativity aimed at children, young people and their families; Nutcrack Night, a a large-scale outdoor family evening of theatrical performance, wild dancing, light spectaculars and masked mayhem; and are expanding our repertoire of events further in 2012.
